Miss Wutzke's Class

Welcome to Miss Wutzke's 2nd grade class. We are going to have a wonderful school year. This year, we'll be working on building a classroom community through rescpect and responsiblilty. Each member of our community will take an active role in the learning process. We will learn to read for a purpose, write like authors, think like mathemeticians, participate like sociologists, and evaluate like scientics. I am honored to be your teacher this year.

You will have the chance to participate in this year's Science Fair. Brainstorm those ideas! You will get to design your own book jacket for a favorite book you've read.

Read from a variety of genres and discuss your books with classmates to build comprehension.

Important Dress Code Information

Montgomery /Blair

All students must follow dress code at both schools. Students may wear navy blue or khaki bottoms with a red, blue, greem, or white polo shirt tucked in. Jeans may be worn on Fridays with a school shirt. Dress Code will be strictly enforced.
